This form will request specific details concerning your event that will help the pastoral staff with the review and approval process of event requests. Please fill it out as much as you are able. Submitting this form DOES NOT MEAN the event has been approved. We will be in contact with the event’s primary contact person for any clarifications and/or once a decision has been reached.
FACILITY USE: Realizing that the facilities of Grace Evangelical Free Church are a gift from God, it is the desire of the Church that they are used to the fullest for the continuance of His work. Accordingly, Grace Church is willing to consider entering into agreements with others having beliefs that are not in conflict with the Statement of Faith of Grace Evangelical Free Church. CHURCH OFFICE INVOLVEMENT: As much as the church office is willing to assist as we are able, we cannot guarantee that our workload will allow us to do so. All requests for church office involvement must be made at a minimum of 10 business days prior to when the material is needed. This allows time for the committee to find an alternative if the church office is not able to assist.
