"Inspiring the Heart & Transforming the Mind...One Book at a Time!"

Picture
It is the heart of the Library Advisory Committee that the library would not just be a tool to provide information and not just be a means of providing entertainment. The Committee prays that the library will be a tool to foster Christian growth in our congregation, to share the gospel with others, and to prepare us for the future that God has for each one of us.

There are approximately 1,700 books in the church library, almost all of which have been donated. All donations are subject to the approval of the Library Advisory Committee. They look for books that are Christian in nature, will help us grow as believers, will help us grow in our understanding of the doctrines of our faith, and will enable us to share our faith with others.

Everyone is invited to "check out" the church library on Sunday mornings! For a list of book recommendations, please click here.

Have you noticed the Little Free Library at the end of our driveway? We are excited to have partnered with the Walworth Rotary to install this community resource on our property.

So, how does it work?

+ Organizations install miniature libraries in public places.
+ Individuals in the community are encouraged to take a book to read or leave a book for others to read.
+ Unlike a typical library, there is no loan period or necessity to return the book.
